Workers' Compensation Solutions (WCS) is a modified self-funded workers' compensation program created in accordance with Article 8309h, Section 2.4 of Vernon's Annotated Texas Statutes. WCS was formed in response to the needs of Texas Public entities to provide a long-term, cost-effective program to stabilize, contain and reduce the costs of workers' compensation coverage. As a member, you have full control of the destiny of your program as outlined and governed in clearly stated bylaws.
